Whole day of 29/1

Morning: weighed at 82.1kg, minus 1.0kg compared to night before.
Had 3 sausages.
Sd2.

Lunch: kenny rogers half chicken, coleslaw (too much mayo), salad (too much dressing), mashed potatoes (too soft). Mineral water 750ml.

Dinner: ikan sweet sour mak mertua x1/2 ekor? Sayur wifey. Water x1cup.

Nothing for supper.

Did prenatal yoga with wifey, watched 2 eps evangelion TV, 2 eps Hyoubu Kyousuke.

Weight before sleep: 81.7kg.

I bet myself I'll be 81.2kg tomorrow morning. If I win I get to drink vitagen. If I don't, I'm finishing them sausages and having mo' eggsz
