Over...? 11,12,13,14/2

I guess the diet is somewhat over due to my inability to procure essential dietary materials needed for the diet programme.

Especially when we went to cameron highlands. I mean, the diet was waaaayyy off. It was like, I'm on a holiday, screw the diet. I deserve to enjoy this (sorry for those people who expected more of me. If any).

So, I guess I'll just be posting my weight from now on. Some people say that being conscious about your weight actually loses some, so lets see how that turns out.

Furthermore, I'd like to add that this experience taught me two important things about my eating habits:

1. Get MOAR protein.
2. Eat on time (this is very hard for me).
3. DRINK 2 liters of water everyday. Something that I still fail to do even now.
4. Mamak food sucks.
5. I don't enjoy eating mamak food and lauk nasi campur (ye, aku lidah mat salleh).
6. Hunger is a normal thing.
7. I can live without rice, but not without bread (sorry, I England people-lah).
8. My wife grill apa2 pun sedap lol (provided its chicken or fish w).

Eh lebih dari dua pulak.

In any case, the numbers:

11/2 night (after cameron): 82.1kg

12/2 morn: 81.1kg
We went to see Impossible. I got teary eyed more than 4 times. Had Kungfu baked rice (its gratin actually) at KLCC's food court. Absolutely loved it.
Also had tea at Ehsan's (home-made puree).
12/2 night: 82.7kg

13/2 morn: 82.3kg
Dont remember what I had. Don't care. Had a few issues with the car and a lot of emotions stirred.
13/2 night: N/A

14/2 morn: 81.6kg
Nuggets all day.
Grilled chicken and steamed berokoli. Noice.
14/2 night: 81.6kg
No change. I'm impressed and that made me hungry by a bit.

Lunch.... Okay, tea: BURGER KING whopper junior set. I didnt have lunch, k... Didnt have the time.

Pre-dinner: some kind of bun with some sausage slices and bonito flakes. Meh.
Water

Weighed myself before leaving the house: 80.6kg (before dinner, k).

Dinner: fish x1/2, lots o tofu n su'un, some rice, some vege. Was good. My mom in law cooks really well.

Gnite. Tomorrow leaving for the highlands.

7 month anniversary 7/2

Morning: kurang tido. 80.4kg

Breakkie: roti canai x1, telur separuh masak x2, limau ais.

Also went to webdev class. First class was divs and css. I have homework.. Yeay.

And so sorry to wifey that I went back home late. We started off the class a bit late as the tutor just came back from out of town. Kesian dia ngantuk nak tido. Love u dear for telling me to go sleep early.

Ending today at 81.5kg. One of those rare days where I weigh less than what I weigh in the morning.

Party at Atyian's 2/2

Woke up. Had breakkie:
2 burger patties
2 eggs scrambled

Forgot to weigh first.

Had chocolate cream puff.
Some water.
Very few nuts n dem sour cream cashew nuts.

Sent my mom's waja back to Kent. Took the time to buy them pisang goreng.

Also had kopok lekor rangup xRM1.

At atyians, had chicken lasagna, beef lasagna, some bihun goreng, some pasta (spaghetti + fettucine + olive oil + cili padi? + shiitake mushrooms i think), AWESOME carrot cake by rashid (I love you for this, man lol), mini pavlova (impressed with the meringue), custard puff, and some assorted sweets.

Went by McD's got a nugget meal for wifey. Pau some fries.

Lobster spicy pasta. Yum. Lobster was small portion tho.
Stole some of wifey's gyuu hayashi omurice.
Also shared a Baskin n Robins cappucino blast with wifey.

Dinner: tom yam ayam + prawn. Sedap.
Boiled spinach. Ini pun sedap. Rasa macam popeye lol.

Last day of January 31/1

Woke up. 80.9kg. Well not having lunch the day before wasn't so surprising.

Breakfast: Two chicken burger patties, 3 scrambled eggs.

500ml water.

Lunch: KFC golden wrap. Meh. Poor attempt at Kenny Rogers/Nandos imho.

Tea: Fried chicken breast (jenis yang taiwanese fried tuh with pepper powder). 1 beard papa's chocolate cream puff curtosy of wifey (yes I love you even without the cream puff k w).
Water 250ml.

Dinner: dory fish in yesterday's chicken soup leftover. Turns out its much more awesome-er since the veges are soft like stew veges. Me very like.

Clocking out at 81.7kg. Not bad at maintaining 81.6-7 for 3 days. Or I didnt measure my weight correctly :/
