Last day of January 31/1

Woke up. 80.9kg. Well not having lunch the day before wasn't so surprising.

Breakfast: Two chicken burger patties, 3 scrambled eggs.
Sd2

500ml water.

Lunch: KFC golden wrap. Meh. Poor attempt at Kenny Rogers/Nandos imho.

Tea: Fried chicken breast (jenis yang taiwanese fried tuh with pepper powder). 1 beard papa's chocolate cream puff curtosy of wifey (yes I love you even without the cream puff k w).
Water 250ml.

Dinner: dory fish in yesterday's chicken soup leftover. Turns out its much more awesome-er since the veges are soft like stew veges. Me very like.
Sd2.

Clocking out at 81.7kg. Not bad at maintaining 81.6-7 for 3 days. Or I didnt measure my weight correctly :/
