Over...? 11,12,13,14/2

I guess the diet is somewhat over due to my inability to procure essential dietary materials needed for the diet programme.

Especially when we went to cameron highlands. I mean, the diet was waaaayyy off. It was like, I'm on a holiday, screw the diet. I deserve to enjoy this (sorry for those people who expected more of me. If any).

So, I guess I'll just be posting my weight from now on. Some people say that being conscious about your weight actually loses some, so lets see how that turns out.

Furthermore, I'd like to add that this experience taught me two important things about my eating habits:

1. Get MOAR protein.
2. Eat on time (this is very hard for me).
3. DRINK 2 liters of water everyday. Something that I still fail to do even now.
4. Mamak food sucks.
5. I don't enjoy eating mamak food and lauk nasi campur (ye, aku lidah mat salleh).
6. Hunger is a normal thing.
7. I can live without rice, but not without bread (sorry, I England people-lah).
8. My wife grill apa2 pun sedap lol (provided its chicken or fish w).

Eh lebih dari dua pulak.

In any case, the numbers:

11/2 night (after cameron): 82.1kg

12/2 morn: 81.1kg
We went to see Impossible. I got teary eyed more than 4 times. Had Kungfu baked rice (its gratin actually) at KLCC's food court. Absolutely loved it.
Also had tea at Ehsan's (home-made puree).
12/2 night: 82.7kg

13/2 morn: 82.3kg
Dont remember what I had. Don't care. Had a few issues with the car and a lot of emotions stirred.
13/2 night: N/A

14/2 morn: 81.6kg
Nuggets all day.
Grilled chicken and steamed berokoli. Noice.
14/2 night: 81.6kg
No change. I'm impressed and that made me hungry by a bit.
