I'm a sucker when it comes to numbers.
So I calculated how I weighed over the past week.
Its interesting to note that saturday and sunday were the highest weight gains lol.
As for the first night, I still can't believe that I lost 1.2kg while sleeping. From there it was like 800 grams on average for every night.
Well in any case, the verdict is out: over a week period, I've lost around 300g compared to what I weigh the morning last week, and another 900g compared to what I weighed the night last week.
Forgot to add standard deviation calculations, which means that if my weight was a normal distribution, at any morning, 68% of the time I should weigh around 81.0 to 81.4kg, while at night I should weigh around 81.6 to 82.3kg.
Would've done a histogram but I don't have enough data.
In any case, we're bringing this to the second week with the 2nd can (started using it on Sunday tho).
But in the end, is this a significant change? Maybe calculating the p-value would do this, but I forgot how that shit works w
